Shipping - Orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping and we will be sent by the most economical method. We only ship to locations in the U.S. For orders less than $100.00 you are given the option during the order process of choosing how you want your order shipped. The shipping charges on your order will be determined by the shipping option that you choose. We ship USPS Priority Mail which is preferable for smaller shipments usually under 6 pounds and takes 2-3 days for delivery. We also ship by UPS Ground which takes 3-5 business days and is the most economical way to ship larger packages. Shipping rates are provided by USPS and UPS and are calculated by weight and location. If items must be shipped separately, you will be billed for each separate shipment. Backorders - If an item is out of stock when your order is placed, we will backorder that item and send it to you when it becomes available. If possible some items that are out of stock may be shipped from the manufacturer. Those shipments will be sent by either UPS or Fedex and could take up to 10 days for delivery. You will be notified of any backorder by email or with a notice included in your original order. You will not be charged for the item on backorder until it is shipped. Shipping time - Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours with the exception of weekends or holidays. Orders that include items to be engraved or self-inking stamps will take longer to ship due to the processing time. During the holidays orders can take 48-72 hours to process. Alaska and Hawaii orders - Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require additional shipping fees. We will notify you via email if there will be additional fees. Return Policy - You may return a product that you purchased from our website within 30 days of the original order date. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and with any packaging. Please include any order information such as your order number and your name. Once we receive your return, you will be issued a refund on your credit card for the returned merchandise amount.
